When John Jacobi founded Windermere Real Estate in 1972, he had a clear vision for the way real estate should be handled – by anticipating and responding to the needs of clients, while supporting the communities around us.

John Jacobi’s vision all those years ago significantly changed the way real estate is practiced in the Pacific Northwest – and beyond!  With these three core principles as a foundation, Windermere has grown from a single office of eight agents … to a network numbering more than 300 offices housing over 7,000 agents.

Without community, we’re nothing.  That’s why Windermere is committed to helping sustain the communities we serve.  Although this happens in a variety of ways, those actions are probably most visible to the public through our substantial donations to the , participation in Community Service days, and sponsorship of the Windermere Cup.  Locally, our office is involved in the Summer Celebration, Mostly Music In The Park, and a variety of other activities.  Wherever we go, we make a positive impact on the communities we touch.  As brokers, we are intertwined with our community – and that’s a great thing!
